What you will do

• Manage IT procurement and inventory records for licenses, warranties, and service agreements.
• Monitor software and hardware assets to ensure vendor contract compliance and eliminate redundancy.
• Provide real-time reporting on asset ownership, utilization, and renewal timelines.
• Coordinate unclassified and classified shipments and develop tracking systems for project materials.
• Research cost-saving opportunities for renewals and recommend vendors for new equipment.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship and active TS/SCI clearance (must be able to obtain CI poly).
• Minimum 3 years of logistics experience (DoD preferred) and 2+ years in Asset Management.
• 2+ years of experience in IT Financial Planning and Tracking.
• Proven experience in procurement, transportation, storage, and warehouse management.
• Bachelor's degree in Management or equivalent experience (4+ years).
• IAT Level II or IAM Level I certification required within 6 months of hire.
