What you will do

• Own global freight mode strategy, carrier relationships, and cross-border compliance.
• Manage last-mile datacenter delivery and 3PL partnerships across all operating regions.
• Develop lead time models, risk frameworks, and warehousing policies for repeatable execution.
• Collaborate with Finance to integrate freight costs and lead times into capital planning.
• Build dashboards and scenario analyses to provide leadership with visibility into logistics performance.
• Architect a logistics function capable of supporting rapid infrastructure growth and deployment.

Requirements

• 8–15+ years of experience in global logistics, freight operations, or supply chain execution.
• Deep expertise in international freight, customs, 3PL management, and cross-border operations.
• Proven experience moving complex, high-value physical infrastructure in datacenter or cloud environments.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and Excel for operational dataset management.
• Experience with supply chain planning systems like SAP IBP, Anaplan, or NetSuite.
• Must be based in Seattle, US.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with GPU or AI hardware supply chains.
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
