Implementation Project Manager (Healthcare SaaS)

Location: Remote

Salary: $115,000–$175,000 annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle implementation projects from kickoff through go-live, stabilization, and transition to Support.
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risk logs, requirements, decisions, and status updates.
• Coordinate customer IT, clinical operations, technical, engineering, product, and clinical stakeholders.
• Manage technical inputs and monitor integrations involving Epic, Cerner, Meditech, data feeds, SSO, and EHR workflows.
• Translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders, facilitate meetings, and proactively escalate blockers.
• Guide workflow adoption, training readiness, change-management planning, customer accountability, and post-go-live handoffs.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of project management experience in healthcare, SaaS implementations, or health IT.
• Strong understanding of healthcare environments, clinical operations, IT workflows, and data integrations.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects and coordinating competing priorities.
• Excellent communication, meeting facilitation, stakeholder management, and accountability-driving skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or Monday.com.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing solutions with Epic, Cerner, or Meditech.
• PMP, CSM, or another project management certification.
• Background in clinical workflow optimization or healthcare operations.
• Experience at Series A–C SaaS or health-tech companies.
