Project Manager (AI SaaS Healthcare Solutions)

Location: US - Boston; hybrid work with an expectation to be in the office 2 days per week

What you will do

• Lead the deployment of AI solutions for US healthcare clients from initial scoping through scalable long-term delivery.
• Own project milestones, resolve blockers, and coordinate project plans with the technical program management team and product roadmap.
• Manage implementation lifecycles, release execution, risks, integrations, workflows, and complex healthcare data requirements.
• Translate technical and healthcare business requirements for internal teams, customers, and C-level stakeholders.
• Build trust-based relationships with health plan stakeholders and navigate difficult, high-pressure client conversations.
• Validate outcomes against client expectations and transition completed projects into ongoing operations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of project management experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, consulting, or a related environment.
• Demonstrated experience working with US health plans and health plan stakeholders across business, operations, technology, and data functions.
• Experience managing healthcare technology implementations involving complex data, integrations, workflows, and multiple stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of healthcare claims data and payer operational processes.
• PMP or a comparable nationally recognized project management certification is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
