Technical Project Manager (AI)

Location: Greater Toronto Area; hybrid with two days per week in the Toronto office

Salary: $120,000–$170,000 annually, depending on experience and expertise; equity and comprehensive health and benefits package included.

hirify.global develops secure medical imaging and records platforms for hospitals and clinics, including Conductor, an agentic AI automation platform for healthcare administration.

What you will do

• Own multiple Conductor deployments from kickoff through go-live, including plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and client communication.
• Lead discovery sessions for scheduling, medical records, imaging operations, and other healthcare workflows.
• Document current-state workflows, procedures, workflow logic, edge cases, integrations, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
• Coordinate engineers, clients, sales, and customer success teams to resolve blockers, assess trade-offs, and manage scope changes.
• Plan user acceptance testing, drive formal sign-off, and maintain deployment documentation and tickets.
• Track live automation outcomes, identify adjacent workflows for expansion, and turn deployment patterns into product feedback and repeatable templates.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in technical project management, implementation consulting, solutions delivery, or enterprise implementations.
• Experience owning complex B2B deployments with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Experience in healthcare or similarly complex, regulated operational environments.
• Ability to create requirements and scope documentation that engineering teams can build from.
• Technical understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flows.
• Strong project management, communication, documentation, risk management, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with EHR or RIS/PACS implementations.
• Background in workflow automation or integration-heavy enterprise software.
• Process improvement experience.
