Senior Proposals Manager (Clinical Trials)

Location: Remote in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, or Mexico

What you will do

• Prepare budgets, proposal text, re-bids, work orders, and RFI deliverables for Phase I-IV clinical trial opportunities.
• Coordinate the end-to-end RFP preparation process with sales, operational review, finance, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Review client RFP documents, identify service requirements and assumptions, and translate them into accurate proposals.
• Develop project budgets using Excel-based costing tools and map budgets to basic client grids.
• Lead RFP development meetings and respond to client questions about budgets and operational strategy.
• Perform quality control on budget and proposal materials and maintain departmental records and reporting.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience, ideally in business, science, or healthcare.
• 3-5 years of proposal and/or contract development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft applications.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and sound judgment.
• Ability to work remotely from Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, or Mexico.

Nice to have

• Graduate or postgraduate degree.
• Previous experience in a contract research organization environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for company meetings, client engagements, or vendor meetings.
