Location: Must be based in Toronto, ON, Canada (Hybrid: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays in-office).
Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 plus bonus.

What you will do
- Engage inbound leads and conduct discovery conversations to assess readiness and qualify opportunities.
- Execute outbound prospecting initiatives via email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate new business.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect activity and outcomes in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to refine lead qualification criteria and outreach messaging.
- Book qualified meetings for Account Executives to ensure a seamless sales transition.
- Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and scale the Revenue Growth function.
Requirements
- Must be based in Toronto, ON, Canada or able to commute for hybrid work.
- Proven experience in business development, inside sales, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to conduct professional discovery conversations.
- Technical aptitude with CRM and sales engagement tools like Salesforce or Salesloft.
- Curiosity, drive, and a collaborative mindset for continuous improvement.
