Focus on implementing lean tools, managing union associates, and driving continuous improvement in a high-performance environment.

What you will do
- Supervise and coordinate all activities of major manufacturing functions during the night shift operation.
- Ensure efficient utilization of equipment and manpower to maintain production schedules and quality standards.
- Manage raw materials, instructions, machine availability, and associate training.
- Hold associates accountable for safety adherence, efficiency, and reduction of scrap and waste.
- Maintain shift records for attendance and overtime via ADP.
- Support and implement lean tools including 6S, Visual Management, RTFT, and Tier Communication.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in DuQuoin, IL.
- 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience leading large teams in manufacturing.
- High School degree or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred).
- Strong analytical abilities, critical thinking, and project management skills.
- Proven leadership and professional communication skills.
