What you will do

• Supervise and coordinate all activities of major manufacturing functions during the night shift operation.
• Ensure efficient utilization of equipment and manpower to maintain production schedules and quality standards.
• Manage raw materials, instructions, machine availability, and associate training.
• Hold associates accountable for safety adherence, efficiency, and reduction of scrap and waste.
• Maintain shift records for attendance and overtime via ADP.
• Support and implement lean tools including 6S, Visual Management, RTFT, and Tier Communication.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in DuQuoin, IL.
• 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience leading large teams in manufacturing.
• High School degree or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred).
• Strong analytical abilities, critical thinking, and project management skills.
• Proven leadership and professional communication skills.
