What you will do

• Manage production operations on the 2nd shift, ensuring smooth material flow and equipment functionality.
• Implement and maintain safety, quality, and 5S standards to achieve set goals.
• Apply union contracts and plant policies consistently and fairly.
• Coordinate work assignments and production schedules based on customer demand and part availability.
• Conduct performance evaluations, training, and disciplinary actions for team members.
• Monitor production reports on downtime and productivity to develop and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Humboldt, TN, USA.
• Minimum 5 years of previous supervisory experience or equivalent manufacturing experience in a lead role.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent (Associate Degree in technical fields preferred).
• Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and experience utilizing lean tools.
• Technical competency and mechanical inclination regarding production equipment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to interpret technical documents and blueprints.
