What you will do

• Act as the primary strategic partner and senior point of contact for the client in Canada.
• Define and execute integrated account strategy across brand, creative, media, and activation.
• Lead, mentor, and resource a cross-functional account team to ensure consistent quality.
• Own the client's Canada P&L, including budget planning, revenue forecasting, and margin protection.
• Translate business objectives into clear agency briefs and measurable KPIs.
• Drive the strategic integration of AI tools to enhance account workflows and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in Toronto, Canada.
• Significant agency account management experience at a senior or director level.
• Proven track record of P&L accountability, revenue forecasting, and budget management.
• Deep understanding of the CPG, beverage, or alcohol category.
• Knowledge of Canadian regulatory requirements for alcohol marketing.
• Experience leading integrated teams across creative, digital, media, and PR disciplines.
