What you will do

• Develop protocols and tests to evaluate product requirements against targets set by Product Development.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for safety and performance standards within cross-functional teams.
• Design and create testing rigs to evaluate product performance in collaboration with Engineering.
• Perform competitive product analyses and analyze market research to identify real-world consumer behaviors.
• Present activity status and special project findings to senior and executive management.

Requirements

• Degree in BSEE, BSME, or a similar technical discipline.
• 1+ years of product test engineering experience.
• Experience designing or analyzing electromechanical systems.
• Ability to design and assemble full-scale test fixtures.
• Proficiency in data analysis (e.g., Tukey Range, T-tests) and Design of Experiments (DoE).
• Must be based in or authorized to work in Needham, MA, USA

Nice to have

• Experience using JIRA or other project management tools.
• Proficiency with Minitab or equivalent statistical software.
• Skills in 3D Modeling and model shop experience.
• Experience with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or Python scripting.
