Technical Specialist (Robotics)

Technical Specialist (Robotics): Supporting the deployment and operational success of the Array autonomous picking solution with an accent on system stability, robot troubleshooting, and performance validation. Focus on optimizing warehouse workflows, analyzing operational KPIs, and facilitating communication between customers and internal engineering teams.

Location: Onsite in Louisville, KY (Daily presence required 6AM-2:30PM ET)

Salary: $50,000–$80,000 annually

What you will do

• Ensure daily operational success and stability of the Array autonomous picking system.
• Monitor system health, including robot activity, task execution, and workflow management.
• Perform onsite hardware troubleshooting and repairs to maintain maximum system uptime.
• Analyze operational data (UPH, throughput, utilization) to provide actionable insights.
• Act as the primary onsite liaison between customer operations and internal Product/Engineering teams.
• Assist in creating standard operating procedures and deployment playbooks for future scaling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations, robotics, automation, or technical customer-facing roles.
• Must be based onsite in Louisville, KY, and available to work 6AM-2:30PM ET daily.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware or software systems.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into operational improvements.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
