What you will do

• Develop Electro-Mechanical Ground Engaging Tool (GET) detection and monitoring systems.
• Implement and research Vision Transformers (ViT) and CNNs for processing visual data.
• Write, debug, and maintain Python code for data collection, analysis, and prototype testing.
• Create and revise 3D models, assemblies, and drawings using Creo Parametric CAD software.
• Plan and execute design of experiments (DOE), including lab and field testing.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve product-related customer complaints.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field.
• 3+ years of experience in R&D, product development, and mechatronics-related engineering.
• 2+ years of experience building and testing Vision Transformers (ViT) and/or Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN).
• 2+ years of experience in Python programming and 3D design using Creo Parametric.
• 1+ years of experience with Git/GitHub and executing design of experiments (DOE).
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
