What you will do

• Develop and execute test procedures to validate hardware requirements.
• Write automated test programs to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Design and build test fixtures for hardware validation.
• Troubleshoot issues in collaboration with design and sustainment engineering teams.
• Document technical work and communicate final results to cross-functional teams.
• Maintain and organize test equipment and supporting hardware.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Basic understanding of electronic hardware concepts (analog and digital).
• Familiarity with test and measurement equipment such as multimeters, power supplies, and oscilloscopes.
• Introductory programming skills in Python, C++, C, or C#.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
• Must be able to work onsite in Solon, OH.

Nice to have

• Internship or academic project experience in hardware validation.
• Experience with source control tools like Git.
• Exposure to VB.NET and PCB design/EDA tools.
• Basic understanding of statistics and data analysis.
