What you will do

• Support engineering teams with on-site deployment and development goals.
• Provide hands-on technical support and coaching to the teleoperations team.
• Execute robot commissioning, testing, and debugging at customer sites.
• Triage hardware and software issues, documenting findings to drive long-term resolutions.
• Manage logistics for deploying early-stage robotic systems in residential environments.
• Lead site operations, ensuring tools, spares, and equipment are available for technicians.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in automotive or industrial automation/robotics integration.
• Engineering degree.
• Must be willing to travel frequently to data collection sites across the US.
• Ability to work hands-on with electro-mechanical systems.
• Experience in stakeholder management and product commercialization.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira and Confluence.

Nice to have

• Software validation experience.
• Experience with Linux and Python.
