What you will do

  • Research and identify potential leads through online research, social media, company websites, and industry events.
  • Initiate outbound communications via phone calls, emails, and social media to establish connections with prospects.
  • Conduct initial conversations to analyze business challenges, needs, and pain points of potential clients.
  • Educate leads on the value and benefits of the company's offerings while addressing objections.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with qualified leads to nurture them through the early sales cycle.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging prospects across multiple channels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically about prospecting.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented approach to exceeding targets.
  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in Lehi, Utah.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
