TL;DR

Outbound Sales Specialist (B2B Sales): Driving business expansion through high-volume cold outreach to Australian prospects with an accent on appointment setting and pipeline management. Location: Remote. Must be available to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Melbourne Time.

What you will do

  • Conduct high-volume cold calling to Australian B2B prospects to secure appointments.
  • Execute the FANBAM process to consistently fill the sales pipeline with qualified opportunities.
  • Engage prospects professionally, overcoming objections and building rapport.
  • Diligently follow up on leads using the follow-up, follow-through, and follow-back methodology.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically in cold calling or appointment setting.
  • Exceptional verbal English communication skills with a clear, neutral accent suitable for an Australian audience.
  • Must be available to work during Melbourne business hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
  • Proven ability to establish credibility and trust quickly with prospects.
  • Strong resilience and a positive attitude toward handling rejection.
  • Proficiency with CRM software.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Go High Level CRM.
  • Strong written communication skills.
