What you will do
- Conduct high-volume cold calling to Australian B2B prospects to secure appointments.
- Execute the FANBAM process to consistently fill the sales pipeline with qualified opportunities.
- Engage prospects professionally, overcoming objections and building rapport.
- Diligently follow up on leads using the follow-up, follow-through, and follow-back methodology.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically in cold calling or appointment setting.
- Exceptional verbal English communication skills with a clear, neutral accent suitable for an Australian audience.
- Must be available to work during Melbourne business hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
- Proven ability to establish credibility and trust quickly with prospects.
- Strong resilience and a positive attitude toward handling rejection.
- Proficiency with CRM software.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Go High Level CRM.
- Strong written communication skills.
