What you will do
- Design and execute outbound playbooks for the new sales development motion.
- Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation through multi-channel outreach including email, phone, and social.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales to develop effective messaging and ABM-style campaigns.
- Consult with prospects to uncover pain points and articulate the impact of an AI-first insights platform.
- Leverage AI and data tools like HubSpot, Clay, and Sales Navigator to optimize outreach.
- Qualify leads and ensure seamless hand-offs to Account Executives.
Requirements
- Must be based in California, Texas, Michigan, New Jersey, Arizona, New York, or Florida.
- 1–3 years of SDR or BDR experience in B2B SaaS.
- Proven experience with multi-threaded outreach execution across email, phone, and social.
- Fluency with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce and prospecting tools like Sales Navigator.
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking performance against KPIs.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to position value clearly and empathetically.
