Sr. Staff Program Manager & Chief of Staff, Operations

What you will do

• Own and drive high-priority cross-functional programs for the CVP of Operations from kickoff through execution and follow-through.
• Run operating cadences including weekly staff meetings, monthly finance reviews, and quarterly all-hands.
• Coordinate sales and operations planning, headcount planning, and infrastructure planning across operations program managers.
• Prepare leadership materials including updates, decision memos, project summaries, and operational recommendations.
• Translate priorities into clear owners, timelines, next steps, and decision points.
• Identify execution gaps, surface risks early, and unblock issues across teams.

Requirements

• Experience driving complex cross-functional work across operations, finance, legal, recruiting, and business functions.
• Deep understanding of the semiconductor business, including development timelines, product portfolios, manufacturing, sales and operations planning, and financial investments.
• Ability to move between executive priorities and day-to-day execution while owning end-to-end outcomes.
• Clear, direct, and organized communication skills with strong judgment in ambiguous environments.
• Ability to support senior leadership, pressure-test plans, and turn decisions into action.
• Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology may be required, including citizenship, permanent residency, or prior license approval depending on applicable export laws.
