What you will do

• Own and drive high-priority cross-functional programs on behalf of the CVP of Operations from kickoff through execution.
• Manage operating cadences, including weekly staff meetings, monthly finance reviews, and quarterly all-hands.
• Coordinate with program managers to integrate sales & operations, headcount, and infrastructure planning.
• Prepare executive-level materials, decision memos, project summaries, and operational recommendations.
• Establish operating rhythms to identify execution gaps, surface risks early, and unblock issues.

Requirements

• Proven track record of driving complex cross-functional work across operations, finance, legal, and recruiting.
• Deep understanding of the semiconductor business, including development timelines, manufacturing, and product portfolios.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and act as a trusted partner to senior leadership.
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology (contingent on citizenship or residency status).
• Must be based in or able to work from Santa Clara, CA; Austin, TX; Boston, MA; or Toronto, ON.
