Sr. Program Manager - GTM Launch

Location: Hybrid roles based in Morrisville, North Carolina; San Jose, California; Boulder, Colorado; or elsewhere in the United States, with in-office and/or in-person expectations.

What you will do

• Drive on-time, high-quality delivery of product marketing-led GTM initiatives across the portfolio.
• Build and maintain clear plans, operating rhythms, and measurable delivery processes.
• Orchestrate integrated GTM planning with Product Marketing, Product Management, Solutions, Sales, and Corporate Marketing.
• Coordinate multiple complex workstreams and maintain alignment across stakeholders and leadership levels.
• Apply AI to improve productivity and operational rigor.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program management or operations.
• Familiarity with B2B marketing functions, including go-to-market activities.
• Experience building relationships and collaborating effectively across organizational levels.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana and related methodologies.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a technical field, or equivalent experience; a master's degree may be considered with less additional experience.
