Sr. Staff Project/Program Design (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, marketing, operations, supply chain, quality, and related functions to deliver NPI product releases.
• Manage end-to-end program planning and execution from concept through market launch, including ramp readiness and safe launch activities.
• Lead capacity-expansion initiatives across global manufacturing sites and coordinate engineering, operations, and supply chain activities.
• Conduct formal Project Gate reviews and provide leadership with structured updates on milestones, risks, schedules, qualification plans, and release status.
• Oversee wafer fabrication, assembly, testing, and material logistics to support timely, cost-efficient, high-quality execution.
• Drive process standardization, risk mitigation, accountability, and data-driven decision-making across programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering; a PhD is preferred.
• At least 12 years of semiconductor industry experience and strong knowledge of the full product lifecycle.
• At least 6 years of experience as an NPI Program Manager.
• Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing flows, production processes, package architectures, and diverse package types.
• Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional programs, supported by project or program management training or certification.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Module, Controller, and Smart Power Stages programs.
• Prior experience as a process or integration engineer at a fab or assembly site.
• PhD in Electrical Engineering.
