What you will do

• Architect and design secure, scalable solutions translating partner/PRM business requirements into technical specifications and Salesforce integration points.
• Lead technical implementation by converting user stories into robust, end-to-end feature execution aligned with engineering standards.
• Ensure quality by maintaining 100% unit test coverage for new logic and building automated regression test suites to prevent regressions.
• Drive code quality through thorough pull request reviews and mentorship for junior and mid-level developers.
• Support deployment and releases by managing the deployment cycle, documenting changes, resolving environment-specific test issues, and validating in production.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional stakeholders to own partner ecosystem technology and ensure seamless data flow across systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Process/Flow automations, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Proven PRM platform expertise, with experience in IMPartner considered a big plus.
• 1–2 years of general software engineering principles with experience in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• In-depth domain knowledge of the Sales and Partners ecosystem, including partner lifecycle management, deal registration, and incentive programs.
• Expertise with modern AI agent/agentforce frameworks, orchestration techniques, RAG pipelines, and vector search methodologies.
• Hands-on CI/CD pipeline experience and strong understanding of Salesforce security features and data privacy best practices.
