What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex (classes & triggers), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Flows.
• Build scalable, reusable, and maintainable Salesforce components following Salesforce best practices.
• Develop and support integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce Platform Events, including DocuSign integrations.
• Manage source code with Git and participate in deployment planning, release management, and CI/CD across Development, QA, UAT, and Production.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve production issues while supporting scheduled production releases.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters in Agile delivery and technical design sessions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, LWC, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flow, and Platform Events.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, DocuSign integrations, and Salesforce security concepts (sharing rules, permission sets).
• Strong Git experience (branching, merging, pull requests, conflict resolution, code reviews) and familiarity with deployment/release management and CI/CD concepts.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Required certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Administrator.
