Salary: $200,000 – $287,500

What you will do

• Design and implement AI security capabilities, including agent workflows and admin guardrails.
• Develop foundational identity and access management systems like OAuth, OIDC, and RBAC.
• Build core security infrastructure for secret management, key management, and encryption.
• Create security tooling to monitor and enforce policies across a multi-cloud environment.
• Partner with engineering teams to deliver solutions that reduce friction while maintaining safety.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and on-call rotations for production services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience building large-scale distributed systems in production.
• Strong foundational skills in data structures, algorithms, and systems design.
• Proficiency in Java, C++, Python, Golang, or Rust with solid SQL skills.
• Experience shipping and maintaining production services with a focus on observability.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of identity protocols like SAML, SCIM, or MFA.
• Experience with database internals or data platform systems.
• Exposure to AI/ML systems applied to anomaly detection or behavioral analytics.
• Experience with Kubernetes or production cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
