What you will do

• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with architects and senior developers on solution design and integration.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and development best practices.
• Build integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party tools.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and support testing and deployment activities.

Requirements

• Must be eligible for SC clearance: resident in the UK for at least 5 years with right to work in the UK
• Proven Salesforce Developer experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce DX.
• Familiarity with Salesforce products like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools; DevOps and CI/CD knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; agile delivery experience.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Platform Developer II and other Salesforce certifications.
• Experience with Mulesoft or other middleware platforms.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, Python, or .NET.
• Degree or equivalent qualification related to expertise area.
