Salary: $190,000–$230,000 + equity

What you will do

• Build infrastructure to identify, route, and convert high-quality demand to increase ARR contribution.
• Develop and improve billing systems, CPQ flows, Salesforce syncs, and RevOps integrations.
• Transition Salesforce infrastructure toward a headless architecture for greater flexibility.
• Implement platforms allowing GTM teams to apply AI across acquisition funnels.
• Create a unified lead funnel spanning landing pages and sales workflows.
• Develop dashboards and instrumentation for real-time visibility into lead performance and growth bets.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management, engineering, or GTM functions.
• 1-2 years of experience as a software engineer or builder.
• Proven track record of shipping software that directly impacts customers.
• Strong data fluency and ability to integrate quantitative/qualitative data into decision-making.
• Competence with technical complexity, including architectural tradeoffs and project scope.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
