TL;DR

Senior Salesforce Software Engineer (Salesforce/React): Designing and developing critical technology solutions and integrations on the Salesforce platform with an accent on scalability, stability, and security. Focus on building complex integrations between Salesforce and internal systems and implementing high-performance Lightning Web Components.

Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote). Must be able to report to the Mountain View, California office.

Salary: $264,514 – $269,100 Annually.

What you will do

• Design and develop secure, scalable technology products across multiple technical areas to support business objectives.
• Define corporate software strategy for new technology, complex features, and major program enhancements.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other internal systems to automate business processes.
• Customize and support solutions on the Salesforce.com platform using industry best practices.
• Perform comprehensive design analysis, integration testing, and verification for integrated software builds.
• Drive continuous Salesforce enhancements, performance improvements, and bug fixes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Enterprise Architect, Engineering Lead, or Senior Developer.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript (ES6), and ReactJS.
• Deep experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Strong knowledge of OO design patterns, database modeling, and data migration strategies.
• Experience with Web Services (SOAP/REST) and Agile/DevOps principles.
