What you will do

• Own and drive legal and regulatory projects across all hirify.global products.
• Partner with product teams to manage legal and regulatory trade-offs during expansion into new markets.
• Translate complex regulatory questions into clear, actionable guidance for internal stakeholders.
• Work hands-on with international regulatory frameworks, including insurance, data privacy, consumer protection, and advertising laws.
• Coordinate and manage regulatory filings and submissions.
• Build scalable legal processes, documentation, and repeatable structures to support company growth.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with strong commercial judgment and experience partnering with product or business teams.
• Experience working within regulated environments.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of owning complex problems end-to-end.
• Ability to handle ambiguity, take initiative, and move work forward independently.
• Capacity to identify legal limits and effectively leverage external counsel.
