Salary: $154,000 - $200,000 USD

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate customer, pilot, deployment, and licensing agreements.
• Manage supply chain and manufacturing agreements with domestic and international vendors.
• Structure technology licensing, joint development, and IP assignment agreements.
• Develop and maintain template agreements, playbooks, and negotiation guidelines to scale the contracting process.
• Advise on IP ownership, export control, and international commercial law considerations.
• Partner with Finance and Insurance teams to align contract terms with company risk tolerance.

Requirements

• JD or equivalent law degree and active bar membership in at least one U.S. state.
• 6–10+ years of post-qualification legal experience as a practicing transactional attorney.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial, supply, and technology licensing agreements for hardware or robotics.
• Current authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Strong deal-structuring experience, including support for 0→1 product launches.
• Familiarity with IP, licensing, and export control regulations.
