TL;DR

Location: Remote (Canada), with an office in Toronto.

Salary: CA$290,000–CA$335,000

What you will do

  • Identify and target potential enterprise customers through research, networking, and cold calling to drive revenue and pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders among the largest customers.
  • Lead negotiations with existing and prospective customers, addressing objections and closing complex 6- and 7-figure deals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, crafting tailored presentations and proposals.
  • Help define the sales motion and Go-To-Market function within an early-stage team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the broader GTM team, product, technical, and operations organizations.

Requirements

  • 8-12+ years of experience in an enterprise customer-facing sales role, identifying and closing large accounts.
  • Enterprise experience managing a $1M+ quota, and running end-to-end complex 6- and 7-figure ACV deals.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven track record of identifying and targeting potential enterprise clients through research, networking, and cold calling.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the AI landscape, key players, and emerging trends.
  • Experience building Go-To-Market strategies, sales teams, and sales motions from scratch or early-stage growth.
