What you will do
- Expand existing enterprise customers into multi-department, multi-workflow, global relationships.
- Identify and aggressively pursue high-quality new enterprise logos with long-term ARR potential.
- Lead executive-level conversations on AI value, governance, ROI, and business outcomes.
- Operate as a strategic revenue owner in close partnership with cross-functional teams like Field Delivery Engineers and Customer AI Engineers.
- Build and execute clear plans for multi-million ARR per account cluster.
- Drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR), expansion ARR, and hirify.global's path to $100M+ ARR.
Requirements
- Senior, revenue-owning role focused on building multi-million ARR relationships with enterprise customers.
- Strong hunter–expander mentality, comfortable navigating complex enterprise organizations to reach C-level executives.
- Proven executive-level commercial and financial acumen, able to build custom commercial proposals tied to business impact and ROI.
- Mastery of procurement and enterprise deal cycles, including legal, security, and AI governance reviews.
- Fluency across modern enterprise sales approaches (Challenger, Value-based, MEDDPICC, Consultative).
- Hard requirement: AI, Governance & Business Outcomes Fluency, capable of leading executive conversations on AI's business value, impact, and responsible use.
