What you will do
- Prospect assigned territories, clients, and leads to expand the business pipeline.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans and business strategies to build new relationships.
- Increase global business volume across Ocean, Air, and Overland Freight, including Value Add solutions.
- Maintain and grow current customer accounts to maximize revenue and freight volume.
- Collaborate with Account Management, Product Leaders, and Vertical Heads to target specific accounts.
- Conduct market research and meet KPIs for client visits using the CRM system.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in building strategic business relationships.
- Experience developing sales plans and business strategies.
- Ability to manage and prospect an assigned territory.
- Capability to meet and exceed designated KPIs.
