What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate consistent activity and interest.
  • Manage the sales pipeline to ensure all targets are consistently met.
  • Prospect for new business opportunities and develop existing client portfolios.
  • Prepare and present product innovations, samples, and quotations to customers.
  • Conduct negotiations and meet with clients based on their specific needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities within the document management system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or the beauty industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, specifically Business Central.
  • Strong business acumen with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset.
