What you will do

  • Establish technical GTM strategy and map platform capabilities to government mission use cases.
  • Act as the primary technical authority for strategic deals across Federal Civilian and Defense segments.
  • Create mission-focused demo environments and synthetic datasets reflecting government workflows.
  • Provide product feedback on compliance, architecture, and deployment requirements for regulated environments.
  • Collaborate on FedRAMP strategy and secure deployment models.
  • Recruit, mentor, and define the operating model for the future Public Sector SE organization.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or Solutions Architecture.
  • Proven track record supporting Federal Civilian, Defense, or Public Sector customers.
  • Strong ability to translate complex technology into mission outcomes.
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms, AI/data platforms, and API-driven architectures.
  • Ability to thrive in an early-stage, high-growth environment.
  • Security Clearance preferred.

Nice to have

  • Experience with developer platforms.
  • Exposure to FedRAMP, GovCloud, or other regulated environments.
  • Experience building demo frameworks or technical enablement content.
