What you will do

  • Lead complex technical discovery sessions with enterprise stakeholders including VPs of CX, CTOs, and IT leads.
  • Design and deliver high-impact, value-driven demonstrations and Proofs of Value (POVs) mapping technical capabilities to business outcomes.
  • Scope and build sophisticated AI Agents and Copilots within the platform to simulate real-world enterprise environments.
  • Advise prospects on integrating AI solutions within intricate tech stacks including CCaaS, CRM, and telephony infrastructure.
  • Act as a strategic advisor navigating security and compliance hurdles in regulated industries like finance and healthcare.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide market feedback and influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Pre-Sales supporting AI, ML, or Contact Center technologies.
  • Applied knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and conversational design.
  • Strong familiarity with enterprise contact center workflows and CCaaS platforms like NICE, Genesys, or Five9.
  • Proven track record of managing complex enterprise deal cycles and presenting to C-suite or VP-level audiences.
  • Technical proficiency with REST APIs, Webhooks, and SFTP for real-time data integration.
