TL;DR

Sales Engineer (Aviation): Supporting high-value sales engagements for aviation software across commercial operators and MRO facilities with an accent on technical discovery and solution mapping. Focus on designing customized product demonstrations, managing complex RFPs, and executing Proof of Value (PoV) to validate technical fit.

Location: Remote (USA). Requires international travel.

What you will do

  • Lead technical discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand operational workflows and regulatory requirements.
  • Map the full hirify.global product suite to specific client needs across Commercial, MRO, and BGA segments.
  • Design and deliver personalized product demonstrations showcasing ROI and business value.
  • Manage the technical components of RFPs and RFIs, ensuring accurate and compliant responses.
  • Execute complex Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements to validate technical and financial impact.
  • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Deep working knowledge of the Aviation Industry (MRO, Part 121, 145, 91/135).
  • Experience presenting complex technical solutions to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Proven track record of managing RFPs/RFIs and Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements.
  • Familiarity with data integration, APIs, and enterprise system landscapes (ERP, MRO).
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools to streamline the sales cycle.
  • Ability to travel internationally.

Nice to have

  • Experience with hirify.global solutions (Flight Docs, EBIS MRO/GSE, Rusada Envision) or competitors (TRAX, AMOS, Ramco, etc.).
  • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales or Solutions Engineering for Enterprise SaaS.
