What you will do

  • Lead the sales process for AutoStore solutions from initial lead handover through to contract signing.
  • Manage and qualify the sales funnel using Salesforce across multiple lead channels.
  • Identify market potential and track industry trends to guide the company's strategic direction.
  • Visit client sites to assess existing operations and identify business cases for ROI-driven improvements.
  • Coordinate internally to manage budget costing and fixed-price proposal processes for on-time delivery.
  • Support the development of standard solutions and sales templates to differentiate the product offering.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, consulting, or design engineering within the intralogistics industry.
  • Proven portfolio of successfully sold projects in the intralogistics domain.
  • Experience with project and team management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a similar field (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel to client sites.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Cincinnati.
