What you will do

• Lead accounting and operations staff through month-end close, reporting, and reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and perform monthly/quarterly flux analyses for executive leadership.
• Oversee payroll and bonus accounting, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies.
• Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and eliminations across entities.
• Initiate and drive process improvements to enhance financial control and efficiency.
• Manage annual financial audits and contribute to ad hoc accounting projects.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in accounting, audit, advisory, and/or corporate finance.
• Strong experience working with GAAP accounting standards.
• BA/BS in Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite is a plus).
• Must be based in the USA.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and present results to senior leadership.

Nice to have

• CPA certification.
• Experience in healthcare or startup environments.
