What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans for assigned accounts and channels.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, annual business planning, and growth initiatives.
  • Identify new business opportunities to expand revenue and market share.
  • Drive execution of product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Analyze sales performance and market trends to generate actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Sales, Key Account Management, or Commercial Leadership.
  • Proven track record of managing strategic accounts and delivering business growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen in forecasting and profitability management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
  • Advanced English communication skills.
  • Must be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Consumer Electronics, Technology, Gaming, or Telecommunications.
  • Experience managing large and complex customer organizations.
  • Exposure to omnichannel retail or digital commerce platforms.
