What you will do

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of small and medium-sized commercial partners to ensure engagement and success.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.
  • Drive revenue growth using channel strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Support partners with training, tools, and commercial strategies to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance and implement improvements to maximize results.
  • Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and goal alignment.

Requirements

  • Prior experience with channel sales and indirect sales models, preferably in corporate benefits or SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and the channel partners ecosystem.
  • Advanced English.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills to build and maintain partnerships with commercial partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities and optimize channel performance.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage a portfolio of multiple partners in a fast-paced environment.
