Location: Markham, ON, Canada

Compensation: $95,000 - 115,000 plus up to 5% bonus

What you will do

• Design and optimize end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, particularly Customer Order Management, using agile methodologies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and a sparring partner for business representatives across seven divisions.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements, including epics, features, and user stories for IT implementation.
• Enable and drive the global key user community to ensure knowledge sharing and capability building.
• Support rollouts and improvement projects through fit/gap sessions, test case development, and unit testing.
• Ensure compliance with export control, international trade regulations, and indirect tax requirements (Vertex) in the US and Canada.

Requirements

• Must possess Canadian citizenship, permanent resident status, or a valid work permit.
• Over 10 years of experience in Order-to-Cash / Customer Demand Management.
• Professional experience in SAP process management, specifically with SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
• In-depth knowledge of the SAP SD module.
• Proven experience in project management and agile delivery approaches.
• English: Fluency is essential.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Vertex solutions and indirect tax requirements in the US and Canada.
• Proficiency in Spanish.
