Senior Business Analyst (SAP Analytics)

What you will do

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for reporting and analytics use cases through workshops and interviews.
• Moderate workshops to align stakeholders across business functions, IT, and external partners.
• Map end-to-end business processes and data flows in SAP ECC, focusing on value and quantity streams.
• Define business logic and semantic consistency for KPIs, measures, and dimensional models.
• Collaborate with architects to shape target concepts for modern analytics and SAP Business Data Cloud.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog and coordinate external consultants on functional deliverables and UAT.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Informatics, IT, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in an SAP-centric environment.
• Must be based in Hungary.
• Strong understanding of SAP ERP ECC processes and how quantities/value flows impact reporting.
• Proven track record in requirement engineering and stakeholder management in complex settings.
• Experience working within international, virtual teams.

Nice to have

• Understanding of analytics architectures, semantic models, and KPI governance.
• Exposure to SAP BW / BW4HANA and CDS-based concepts.
• Familiarity with transformation programs from legacy solutions toward modern data platforms.
