Salary: $97,600 - $165,900 per year

What you will do

• Manage UAT Labs, including script validation and reporting on testing progress.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to monitor PI release schedules and align timelines.
• Review product design documents and epics to validate acceptance criteria.
• Verify and track defects from identification through to resolution.
• Partner with Product and IST teams to drive efficient testing and system improvements.
• Maintain and improve the QA playbook for standardized global processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance, specifically within a financial setting.
• Minimum 5 years of total functional work experience.
• Required experience with Accounting and SAP S4 HANNA.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in SAP for AP, AR, Credit, and Revenue Recognition (Rev Rec).
• Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools and methodologies.
• Certification in Quality Assurance, Lean Sigma, or Design Thinking.
