Salary: $228,000 – $342,000 USD / $212,000 – $318,000 CAD / £136,000 – £204,000 GBP

What you will do

• Develop and execute an advocacy strategy to increase awareness and adoption of hirify.global's developer tools.
• Create high-impact technical content including blog posts, tutorials, videos, and reference architectures.
• Represent the company as a speaker at major developer conferences such as KubeCon and AWS re:Invent.
• Collaborate with users and partners to engineer solutions for unsolved needs and validate new approaches.
• Synthesize community feedback into actionable insights for the product and engineering teams.
• Build tools and training to scale advocacy efforts across the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical roles (software engineering, platform engineering, or solution engineering).
• 5+ years of experience in public-facing developer advocacy roles.
• Proven track record of community leadership and handling complex community dynamics with empathy and judgment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across various formats.
• Established credibility as a trusted voice in the technical industry with a significant audience.
• Must be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
