What you will do
- Build integrated digital demand plans for the EMEA New Logo Segment across Enterprise and Commercial target accounts.
- Execute always-on digital surround programs across paid, display, webinar, and content syndication channels.
- Partner with Field Marketing, BDRs, and account executives to align segment activations with ABM strategy.
- Drive buying-group growth and database health initiatives to improve market activation readiness.
- Manage segment-related vendors, agencies, and budget tracking for assigned programs.
- Apply AI to campaign measurement, forecasting, and segmentation to improve marketing impact.
Requirements
- Must be based in Poland.
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of related experience (or Master's with 3 years).
- Experience managing digital marketing strategies for EMEA or named-account programs.
- Strong command of CRM systems, marketing automation, and campaign orchestration platforms.
- Proven ability to analyze funnel performance to improve lead generation and ROI.
- Familiarity with GDPR and data-privacy requirements for EMEA digital programs.
