Location: Vancouver, BC (Hybrid; requires availability in PST or MST business hours).
Compensation: CAD $65,000–$108,000 plus sales commission.

What you will do
- Conduct consultative product demos to connect solutions to restaurant operator needs.
- Manage a clean sales pipeline to drive consistent revenue wins and meet quota targets.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to sharpen demo preparation, discovery, and follow-up processes.
- Share insights and feedback to help refine the sales playbook and inform product development.
- Collaborate with the team to share best practices and contribute to collective revenue goals.
Requirements
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding MRR/ARR sales targets in a quota-carrying SMB tech sales role.
- Fluency in sales engagement platforms and CRM tools such as Gong and Salesforce.
- Strong discovery skills with the ability to ask strategic questions and uncover customer value.
- Must be available to work during PST or MST business hours.
- Appetite for continuous learning, coaching, and professional development.
Nice to have
- Experience in restaurant tech (POS, payroll, online ordering, reservations, or tip management).
- Working knowledge of restaurant operations, tip pooling, and labor compliance.
- Experience selling in high-volume inbound environments.
