TL;DR
Inside Sales Account Manager (Sales): Driving growth within the Axis partner ecosystem by managing Authorized Partners and accelerating business opportunities with an accent on partner enablement and consultative support. Focus on onboarding and activating partners, delivering product demonstrations, and collaborating with regional sales teams to increase territory performance.
Location: Office based in Laval, QC (Montreal area). Remote candidates will not be considered.
Salary: $75K - $90K

What you will do
- Manage the Authorized Partner lifecycle, including onboarding, activation, and retention.
- Provide consultative guidance and deliver product demonstrations to partners and customers.
- Qualify inbound leads and identify project opportunities to drive territory growth.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers, Field Sales Engineers, and internal stakeholders to meet objectives.
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and opportunity management within Salesforce.
Requirements
- Fully bilingual in French and English (written and verbal).
- Must be based in Laval, QC; remote work is not available.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or account management within the technology industry.
- Technical aptitude with a basic understanding of networking concepts.
Nice to have
- Experience working with channel partners, distributors, or resellers.
- Background in security, IT, or networking industries.
- Axis Certified Professional (ACP) certification.
