Associate, Project Finance (Renewable Energy)

What you will do

• Build complex Microsoft Excel financial models to assess debt and tax equity structures.
• Support deal teams in satisfying conditions precedent for financial closings.
• Prepare marketing materials and requests for proposals for debt and tax equity financing.
• Provide financial analysis during negotiations of financing structures.
• Coordinate data and project information with appraisers, independent engineers, insurers, transmission consultants, and other third parties.
• Support construction financing draws and pre- and post-closing interest rate hedging activities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in project finance, investment banking, M&A, or a similar role.
• Experience with complex financial models and consistently accurate quantitative analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Undergraduate degree required.
