What you will do

• Perform extensive financial modeling in Excel to assess optimal debt and tax equity structures.
• Manage data rooms to ensure accessibility for third-party capital providers.
• Prepare marketing materials for debt and tax equity requests for proposals.
• Assist in negotiating market-leading financing structures through detailed financial analysis.
• Coordinate with third-party consultants including appraisers, engineers, and insurance providers.
• Support pre and post-closing interest rate hedging responsibilities.

Requirements

• Must be based in Salt Lake City, UT
• 4+ years of experience in project finance, investment banking, or M&A.
• Proven experience working with complex financial models.
• Undergraduate degree required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
