What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of 8-12 Core Customer Account Managers to achieve success.
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell growth by analyzing customer needs and recommending add-on solutions.
  • Manage complex sales cycles from 30 days to one year and negotiate high-level contracts.
  • Collaborate across departments including Customer Success, Product Management, and Marketing to resolve issues.
  • Take full accountability for exceeding annual, quarterly, and monthly metrics set by executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in sales and/or leadership positions.
  • Must be located in the Durham area.
  • Successful track record in exceeding goals for upsell and cross-sell sales.
  • Experience as a sales leader managing small to mid-market territories.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of business accounting practices and information systems implementation.
