TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in New York City, USA. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end renewal cycle to ensure timely and successful contract extensions.
  • Build value-led relationships with C-suite stakeholders to drive long-term retention and growth.
  • Identify and execute upsell and expansion opportunities across a diverse US portfolio.
  • Lead strategic account reviews and ROI-driven discussions to articulate the financial impact delivered.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Product, and Solutions teams to craft compelling commercial proposals.
  • Forecast renewal pipelines and report on key retention metrics to ensure visibility and accountability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue-responsible roles such as Account Management or Customer Success.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal and retention targets.
  • Experience negotiating and influencing C-suite stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Excellent English communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Spanish.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and experience building playbooks in fast-paced environments.
